Death is just another path, one that we all must take. The gray rain-curtain of this world rolls back and all turns to silver glass
If there is one thing I have learned in life it is that things never really end. They are all just a part of a bigger wave. The flow of life. Even the things that do end, don’t really. They just transition over, and float into something else.
I believe that there is always an adventure waiting for you around the corner. Wether you are pushed around it by some dark twist of fate, or you take the leap faith due to uninspiring surrounding, it will take you places. It might be places you don’t want to go, but if you stop to think, you will realize that they are just a part of the bigger picture. And you have the choice: do you want to paint it with unterstandment and acceptance, or sorrow and regrett?
Like my best friend said to me: Don’t worry my friend, there’s another day waiting for this day to end.
With this I thank everyone who has voted for me so that I could win best photographer blog on our.blog.com, take a breake from this adventure, and hope that the next one will take me to new and different hights.
After sixteen months and about two houndred blog entries, I no longer recognize myself in this blog.
I remember writing in a blog entry, earlier this year, that I felt a change coming. This year has brought nothing but changes. Some good and some bad, but overall it has changed me. I’ve been found in so many ways, and I finally know who I really am, and this blog does not represent that
Creativity is my life. To create is my business, and I’d still like to share that with others. So I’m starting a different kind of blog that is more me, and not just a collection of inspiration and sentiments. It’s a blog that will show more of my personal life and the important people in it, together with some fun and creative projects. If anyone is interested in following me on the journey, the new blog is called Kodiakbird
Be seeing you
I miss Paris, I miss how she pulls you down in a melancholic way but lifts you up to new creative heights. I miss how she smells in the fall, and how you feel like you are exactly where you are supposed to be. I miss how she inspires and provokes, and how she makes you feel lost and alone in a perfectly good way. Everyone should watch Midnight in Paris by Woody Allen by the way. That’s exactly how Paris feels
let me cry over what could have been
let sadness over happiness win
let sorrow be a part of me
make future bliss be hard to see
let my aching heart be hard as coal
but do not let emptiness fill my mind
let it rather anguish and hatred find
has a beginnig too

“Behind the scenes”-photo from a photo shoot with awesome musician and person, Mikhael Paskalev. Take a listen to his music here. I dare you not to start twistin’ and shakin’, or loose yourself to the mental universe that (at least for me) is created listening to the lovely song Woman. Escapism
